Americans priorities are a little odd. My hotel room doesn’t have a kettle, yet I have a martini kit?
Its Valentine’s Day here today. My Valentine is 20 hours away.
Another great day of conference and tonight was a free night so I went to buy this amazing steamer – never travel with wrinkly clothes again!!! I decided to get a cab back to the hotel after going to get the steamer to begin my early night (?)
In the cab there was a screen showing what’s on in Vegas – there was Donnie and Maria again!!!
I took myself to the buffet for dinner and ok I surrender, the buffet pass is an EXCELLENT idea. This whole place is geared towards buffets one dinner in a standard restaurant is the price of the buffet day pass so I’m sure I’ll be getting me one before I leave.
Today ended my fav way – speaking to my hubby. It was actually funny to hear an aussie accent (ironically between the 3 of us here from Oz I’m the only one with an aussie accent). I’ve decided my Aussie accent is just harsh and yobbo no matter how I deliver it. Thinking of changing my last name to Dundee to just give in.
Hmmm it’s not 10:30 – not such an early night but still it’s the first day I’ve got to bed since I’ve been here without a drop of alcohol in me so that’s a good thing!
